Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling in construction, high-rise focus.
• Certified Engineer (Unlimited Floors).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, and execution plans.
• Track progress against schedule, perform variance analysis, and prepare reports.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Allocate resources and maintain integrated resource planning.
• Assist in cost control and contractor claims processing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and align with goals.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports with visuals.
• Review contractor planning packages and monitor performance.
