Job summary

SEHA - Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to provide safe, effective, evidence-based care in a busy hospital setting.

You will assess complex cases and design individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising junior staff, maintaining equipment inventories, and delivering specialized physiotherapy programs using advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based techniques.

Qualifications

• NLT 2 years as a Physiotherapist in a large hospital in relevant experience with patients with same diagnosis seen in acute care hospital or rehab facilities
• Wide background preferred (ICU, acute medical/surgical) with leadership demonstrated

Responsibilities

• Collaborate inter-disciplinarily with physiotherapy colleagues and healthcare staff when combined treatment/management is indicated
• Supervise junior staff and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment for duties and report shortages promptly
• Deliver highly specialized, individualized physiotherapy programs using evidence-based practice and advanced clinical assessment
• Assess patients with complex or multi-pathology presentations and provide accurate physiotherapy diagnoses and prognoses
• Document all interventions and participate in clinical audits and quality improvement
