Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in pharmacy or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Pharmacovigilance.
• Must hold a valid MOHAP license as a QPPV.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering Pharmacovigilance training programs.
• Strong ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to specialized audiences.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the SME in Pharmacovigilance.
• Liaise with legal and regulatory health authorities, facilitating audits and inspections.
• Deliver training and presentations to highly technical audiences.
• Provide oversight of PV activities in countries with LSR personnel.
• Support the Directors with departmental tasks as requested.
• Prepare, review, and analyze PV SOPs.
• Participate in regional Health Authority audits.
• Manage SDEAs between Julphar and partners.
• Oversee Risk Management Plans (RMPs) for Julphar products.
• Perform MedDRA coding for ICSRs.
• Manage PV service vendors end-to-end for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate local and global literature surveillance activities.
• Oversee intake, processing, and submission of ICSRs.
• Conduct PV training for university students per the Julphar Training Centre schedule.
• Train staff via online platforms on PV responsibilities and compliance.
• Define and recommend an optimal PV organizational structure.
• Review compliance with PV policies and procedures across the division.
