Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Engineering Services seeks a skilled Penetration Tester / Vulnerability Analyst to identify security weaknesses across applications, networks, and cloud environments. You will conduct both manual and automated testing, report findings, and work with teams to remediate vulnerabilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with DevOps and security teams, strong documentation, and adherence to authorized testing procedures within the organization's security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, security testing, or cybersecurity analysis.
• Strong knowledge of network security, OS, web apps, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with OWASP principles and common web risks.
• Experience with vulnerability scanners and security-testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct authorized penetration testing across web apps, APIs, networks, and cloud environments.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and prioritize findings by risk and impact.
• Define scope, methodology, and rules of engagement for assessments.
• Provide clear remediation guidance and validate fixes after remediation.
• Prepare detailed reports for technical and management audiences.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security engineers, and developers to remediate findings.
