Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Pediatric Rehabilitation to lead specialized rehabilitation for infants, children, and adolescents in Dubai. You will coordinate medical and therapy teams to set functional goals and optimize participation and independence.

Ideal candidates have a medical degree with pediatric rehabilitation specialization and 5+ years of relevant experience, DHA/UAE licensing eligibility, and a patient-centered, family-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Consultant qualification in Pediatric Rehabilitation, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pediatrics, Neurology, Orthopedics, or another relevant pathway.
• Appropriate DHA/UAE licensing eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric rehabilitation.
• Strong knowledge of cerebral palsy and developmental disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment for children requiring rehabilitation services.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary rehabilitation care across therapy teams.
• Lead rehabilitation case conferences and set shared goals.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans for each child.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on response.
