Job summary

Allocation Assist is recruiting a Consultant Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon for a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on assessment, surgical and non-surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions in children, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary pediatric team.

Ideal candidates hold Board Certification/Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedics, DOH Abu Dhabi license, and 5–7 years of post-board consultant experience.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent recognized by DOH Abu Dhabi.
• Recognized Board Certification or Fellowship in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Completed subspecialty training in Pediatric Orthopaedics.
• Valid DOH Abu Dhabi Consultant License or Eligibility Letter in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Minimum 5-7 years of post-board Consultant experience in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for pediatric musculoskeletal disorders.
• Diagnose and manage congenital deformities and developmental abnormalities.
• Evaluate and treat pediatric scoliosis and spinal conditions.
• Manage pediatric hip, limb, and fracture disorders.
• Coordinate postoperative care and rehabilitation within a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options.
