Job summary

SEHA is seeking a senior clinician to lead clinical excellence and oversee delivery of high-quality care across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will supervise junior staff, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and participate in on-call rotations, while ensuring rigorous documentation and adherence to DOH standards.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Conduct patient examinations, take medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Lead ward rounds and manage both inpatient and outpatient cases.
• Oversee the clinical activities of junior medical staff and participate in their instruction.
• Liaise with other medical specialties and support services in multi-disciplinary meetings.
• Provide on-call coverage on a rotational basis, including evenings and weekends.
• Document clinical information accurately, timely, and in compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement to foster better patient outcomes.
• Communicate clinical information to patients and families and obtain informed consent.
