Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Consultant Pediatric ENT experience in a recognized hospital or specialist centre.
• Strong expertise in pediatric ENT surgery and hearing-related disorder management.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, compassionate pediatric care.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Strong diagnostic judgment and commitment to evidence-based treatment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate infants, children, and adolescents presenting with ear, nose, throat, and airway disorders.
• Diagnose and manage conditions including recurrent ear infections, tonsillitis, hearing impairment.
• Perform pediatric ENT surgeries such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and ear tube insertion.
• Monitor recovery progress and revise treatment strategies to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Counsel parents regarding diagnosis, surgery options, and preventive health strategies.
