Job summary

CareerLink HR LLC is seeking a Consultant/Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry for private and multispecialty hospitals in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. You will focus on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment for infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring a child-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in pediatric dentistry.
• Board-certified or eligible for DHA/DOH/MOH licensing in UAE.
• Recognized qualifications include Board Certification, UK CCST, FCPS, FRCS, or MDS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine check-ups, dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene practices and diet.
• Provide guidance on oral habits and preventative care for children.
• Diagnose and treat pediatric dental conditions (decay, gum disease, developmental issues).
• Perform pediatric procedures: fillings, extractions, pulpotomies, crowns, and space maintainers.
• Manage dental trauma and injuries in children; use child-friendly communication to reduce fear.
• Employ sedation or other comfort measures when necessary.
• Create a welcoming environment to build trust with young patients; document records accurately.
