• 3 years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
• Experience in driving delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in capabilities and skills required for AWS products and services.
• Plan, develop, and deliver training plans aligned with AWS and partner goals.
• Analyze AWS data to identify trends and determine service priorities.
• Increase AWS certified individuals in the Partner and deliver training goals.
• Collaborate with AWS Partner Organization to develop scalable training programs.
