Job summary

CareerLink HR LLC is seeking a Consultant / Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon to join a leading multispecialty hospital in Dubai, UAE. The role covers outpatient, inpatient and surgical care with access to modern imaging and rehabilitation services.

The ideal candidate holds recognised Orthopedic qualifications and licensing (DOH/DHA/MOH) and has at least 3 years post-specialist experience. Housing, medical insurance, and relocation support are provided in a dynamic, international patient

Qualifications

• Board-certified orthopedic surgeon with DOH/DHA licensing.
• Minimum 3 years post-specialist experience.
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient and surgical care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Perform elective and emergency orthopedic surgeries including fracture fixation, joint replacements, and arthroscopic procedures
• Evaluate and treat trauma patients including fractures and dislocations
• Develop individualized treatment plans including surgical and conservative approaches
• Conduct preoperative assessments and postoperative follow-ups
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation specialists
• Manage chronic orthopedic conditions such as osteoarthritis and spine disorders
• Utilize imaging modalities for diagnosis and planning
• Provide patient education on injury prevention and rehabilitation
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with UAE regulations
• Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols and patient safety standards
