Job summary

Canonical is seeking an experienced leadership coach to develop and empower leaders across a globally distributed organization in Dubai. You will coach executives, diagnose organizations, and drive improvement plans.

You will design and deliver development programs, turn 360 feedback into commitments, and help define new ways of working while traveling up to four times a year.

Qualifications

• Must have deep hands-on coaching and OD experience with leaders and teams.
• Proven track record of measurably changing leader behavior.
• Ability to maintain credibility with senior directors.
• Proficient in managing without formal authority.
• Exceptional academic track record.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
