Job summary

Health 7 Careers seeks a Consultant / Specialist – Oral Surgery for roles across Dubai / Abu Dhabi / UAE. This senior-level position requires a minimum of 3 years post board certification, with licensing guidance and DHA/DOH/MOH eligibility accepted.

The role involves complex surgical procedures, trauma care, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in private, government, multispecialty, and tertiary care hospitals.

Qualifications

• Senior-level oral surgery qualification with at least 3 years post board certification.
• Recognised qualifications include American Board, UK CCST, Arab Board, FCPS, FRCS, German board, India.
• DHA/DOH/MOH eligibility accepted with full license conversion guidance provided.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage diseases, injuries, and defects of the oral cavity, jawbones, facial structures, and soft tissues.
• Perform complex surgical procedures including wisdom tooth extractions, dental implants, and dentoalveolar surgeries.
• Conduct corrective jaw surgeries (orthognathic surgery) and manage facial trauma cases (fractures of jaw, cheekbones, orbital bones).
• Provide reconstructive surgery for congenital deformities such as cleft lip and palate.
• Diagnose and surgically treat oral pathology including cysts, tumors, infections, and salivary gland diseases.
• Manage oral cancer cases in collaboration with oncology teams.
• Deliver emergency and trauma care for facial injuries in hospital settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (dentistry, ENT, oncology, plastic surgery, trauma care).
• Ensure compliance with DHA/DOH/MOH licensing standards and JCI‑accredited hospital protocols.
