Job summary

GSSTech Group is seeking an experienced Red Hat OpenShift Administrator to lead enterprise OpenShift environments. You will manage large-scale clusters, automate with Terraform/Ansible, and implement GitOps with Argo CD to enable cloud migrations and platform engineering.

You will collaborate across networking, security, and development teams, troubleshoot complex infrastructure, and optimize HA architectures for resilience.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on OpenShift administration in enterprise environments.
• Strong IaC, automation, and platform engineering background.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible and Jenkins in large-scale clusters.
• GitOps experience with Argo CD and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Ability to design scalable, secure and highly available OpenShift platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade and manage large OpenShift clusters.
• Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning and deployments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git workflows.
• Implement GitOps using Argo CD and manage Helm charts.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and development teams to resolve issues.
