Job summary

KBR in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Logistics Engineer (Onsite) for a mixed-use development project. The role reports to the Logistics Manager and focuses on implementing and updating the Project Logistics Management Plan across multiple sites.

Candidates should have 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role and in the Middle East, and hold a relevant BSc. English fluency and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• BSc construction management, engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years overall experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Middle East.
• Knowledge of operational aspects of civil and infrastructure projects including roads, bridges and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor and update the Project Logistics Management Plan.
• Interface with Consultants and Contractors teams to ensure seamless Project operations and timely completion.
• Oversee logistics arrangements on Projects Sites ensuring compliance with the approved Logistics Management Plans and overall project deliverables.
• Oversee multiple Project Sites security, traffic management and equipment allocation.
• Ensure compliance with QHS&E requirements related to logistics operations.
• Collaborate with site teams to resolve logistics issues and minimize disruption to timelines.
• Prepare regular reports on logistics performance and site conditions.
• Oversee Consultants and Contractors teams and ensure alignment of logistics plans with project requirements.
