The ideal candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have over 15 years of experience, with substantial time spent in the UAE or Middle East. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience, with 5 years in UAE or Middle East.
• At least 3 years as Project Engineer on medium to large scale projects.
• Experience in HSE compliance and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in various management activities.
• Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on technical and contractual issues.
• Ensure timely execution according to schedule and contractual terms.
