Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Specialist Lifting Operations Engineer for an offshore ADNOC LTDP package in Abu Dhabi. You will plan, review, and supervise lifting studies, rigging plans, and crane configurations, ensuring compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards and HSE requirements.

You will coordinate with EPC teams, marine, construction, and operations to deliver safe, efficient lifts. 15+ years in oil and gas lifting engineering, offshore experience, and relevant certifications are preferred to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• LEEA certification preferred.
• Appointed Person for Lifting Operations certification preferred.
• Additional lifting and rigging certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve lifting studies and plans.
• Develop lift methodologies for offshore modules and heavy packages.
• Verify crane capacities, load calculations, and rigging configurations.
• Provide lifting engineering support during fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate with ADNOC Offshore representatives and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE policies and standards.
• Maintain lifting registers and certification records.
