Overview

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well‑reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Senior Officer Warehouse who should have robust experience in warehouse and logistics management within the food industry particularly in multinational environments. This role involves overseeing inventory control, cold chain management and ensuring compliance with international food safety standards. If you are detail‑oriented, possess strong leadership skills and have a track record of maintaining warehouse excellence you will be a great fit for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee efficient warehouse operations including inventory control, storage and distribution while ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging materials and finished poultry products.
  • Implement FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) inventory practices.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishments.
  • Manage cold storage facilities and maintain temperature‑controlled inventory.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety across warehouse premises in line with regulatory guidelines.
  • Enforce compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP ISO and GMP.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for warehouse staff to uphold hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations and assign responsibilities to warehouse personnel.
  • Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations and provide skill‑enhancing training.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production and logistics teams to ensure seamless flow of operations.
  • Maintain and generate reports on stock movements, inventory analysis and discrepancies.
  • Address and report issues such as stock damage or losses and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of warehouse and logistics experience within the meat & poultry processing industry.
  • At least 3 years in a warehouse/logistics department within a multinational company.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration or Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, cold chain logistics and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with food safety compliance frameworks (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
  • Preferred certifications: APICS, PMP, CPA, BLS, CPIM, MSDS, RP (USA).
  • Excellent command of English.
