Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a Senior Odoo Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy custom Odoo modules across multiple business functions. You will work with analysts, PMs, and other developers to extend Odoo capabilities in alignment with complex requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Odoo, strong Python and API skills, and experience with Odoo 12–14, reporting, and integrations. Join a fast-paced team delivering scalable ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Odoo development experience.
• Proficiency with Odoo versions 12–14.
• Strong Python programming and API development skills.
• Experience designing and deploying custom modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test custom Odoo modules across CRM, Estimation, Projects, Budgeting, Material Requisition, Purchase Requisition, Purchase, Stock, Products, and interfaces.
• Generate comprehensive reports in PDF and Excel formats to provide insights.
• Participate in all phases of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate requirements into Odoo solutions.
• Develop well-documented, secure, and efficient Odoo code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex Odoo issues to maintain performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Odoo features and contribute to the environment.
• Document and share knowledge within the team.
