Senior Network & Security Support Specialist | Dubai, UAE

Are you a seasoned network and security expert ready to take on complex technical challenges? We're hiring a Senior Network & Security Support Specialist to join a high-impact team supporting enterprise clients across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for critical incidents and advanced change requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and cloud networking.
• Lead advanced configurations and security hardening tasks across Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Check Point environments.
• Collaborate with vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.) for escalations, firmware issues, and design improvements.
• Conduct health checks, performance reviews, and security assessments for enterprise networks.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with change management processes.
• Participate in on‑call rotations for emergency support.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in network and security support.
• Strong expertise in Cisco technologies (Catalyst, Nexus, ACI, SD‑WAN, DNA Assurance).
• Proficiency with security platforms: Cisco FTD, ISE, Secure Endpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point.
• Solid understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and public cloud networking (AWS, Azure, OCI).
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, PCNSE, NSE are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
