Job summary

CES in Dubai is seeking a senior backend developer to design and build scalable .NET (C#) backend systems and microservices for enterprise applications.

You will work on AI-enabled workflows, event-driven patterns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features within core backend systems; flexible hours and exposure to cutting-edge tools apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend/full-stack development experience with .NET (C#).
• Strong experience building microservices and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft stack and Azure.
• Familiarity with integrating AI into development workflows.

• Design and develop backend/platform components using .NET (C#) and microservices architecture
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services for enterprise applications
• Contribute to platform-level design, including event-driven and event sourcing patterns
• Integrate AI capabilities into application workflows and SDLC processes using appropriate AI tools/frameworks
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features within core backend systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend/full-stack development experience with strong focus on .NET (C#)
• Strong experience in building microservices and REST APIs
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture
• Experience working within Microsoft technology stack (Azure preferred)
• Exposure to integrating AI capabilities into applications or development workflows
• Strong programming skills in C#
• Working knowledge of Python or TypeScript is an advantage
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools
