Job summary

Salt is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer to join its in-house marketing team in Abu Dhabi. The role is full-time and onsite, focusing on high-quality visual work across mobility, aviation, fintech, insurance and more.

You will craft campaigns, presentations and multimedia content, leveraging generative AI while maintaining brand integrity. The ideal candidate brings 6-9 years of design experience, strong craft in visual systems, and proficiency in the listed tools.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of professional design experience and a strong multi-channel portfolio.
• Advanced capability across brand, campaign, digital and presentation design.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools in a professional creative workflow.
• Experience mentoring designers or providing senior-level creative feedback.
• Motion graphics and video editing capability is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and PowerPoint.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva Enterprise, data visualisation and digital asset management is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication or a related discipline.
• Fluent English;

Responsibilities

• Create campaign assets, executive presentations, social content, digital materials, event collateral and corporate communications.
• Turn creative concepts into strong layouts, visual systems and coordinated asset families across multiple formats.
• Act as a senior quality checkpoint, ensuring work is polished, accurate and consistent with brand standards.
• Produce motion graphics, short-form videos, animated explainers and other multimedia content.
• Develop storyboards and guide the visual treatment and edit direction for video and photography projects.
• Use approved generative image, video and design tools for ideation, production and asset adaptation.
• Create repeatable AI prompts and workflows, checking outputs for realism, accuracy, rights, bias and brand suitability.
• Design executive-level presentations, infographics and data visualisations that make complex information easy to understand.
• Mentor less-experienced designers, provide constructive feedback and support creative reviews.
• Maintain organised source files, asset libraries, templates and reusable design components.
