Role Overview

As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you’ll deliver tailored mortgage solutions, manage high‑value clients, and build strong relationships across the UAE market. You’ll also mentor junior advisors and represent the company at key industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert mortgage advisory and customized solutions.
  • Manage complex, high‑value client portfolios with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with banks, agents, and referral partners.
  • Mentor junior advisors and share best practices.
  • Generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on UAE market trends and regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in mortgage advisory or financial sales.
  • Proven sales performance and client‑handling expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Strong UAE mortgage and real estate market network preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic) is an advantage.
