Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies invites a seasoned Tenders & Contracts Manager to lead its tendering department in Abu Dhabi. You will succeed the retiring manager, taking ownership of opportunities, estimating, negotiating with clients, and closing contracts under a structured handover.

You will oversee a team of engineers, ensuring accurate MEP estimates and robust contractual risk management, while expanding the company's high-rise residential and commercial project pipeline and maintaining key client

Qualifications

• 15+ years in MEP construction with a proven tendering and contracts track record.
• Strong exposure to high-rise residential and commercial developments.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate contracts with FIDIC conditions of contract.
• Experience leading client discussions through to contract award.
• Leadership experience of engineers or estimators; career stability (4+ years at prior roles).
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers preparing tenders and ensure accurate MEP estimates.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities across high-rise developments.
• Prepare, review and finalise contracts, including FIDIC-based contracts, and manage risk.
• Lead client discussions and negotiations through to contract award and sign-off.
• Report tender pipeline, win rates and estimate accuracy to General Manager.
