Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology seeks a seasoned MEP Project Manager in Dubai to lead complex projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover. You will coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems, manage budgets and teams, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and authority requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 12–18 years of MEP project management experience, BIM coordination expertise, and a track record of on-schedule delivery in UAE/GCC contexts.

Qualifications

• Strong MEP project management and construction expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, BMS, and other building services.
• Strong understanding of MEP design coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP projects from mobilization to handover.
• Lead and coordinate all MEP activities including HVAC, electricals, plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Coordinate BIM model coordination and clash resolution with multidisciplinary teams.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, calculations, and test plans to ensure compliance.
• Monitor progress against schedules and manage changes, budgets, and resources.
