Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in similar roles.
• Prior UAE experience is essential.
• Knowledge of CostX preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
• Production of full Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
• Managing the prequalification stage and producing tender reports.
• Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances.
