Job summary

A leading engineering firm is looking for a Mechanical Engineer in the UAE to manage HVAC, plumbing, and water supply systems. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in MEP projects and expertise in BMS integrations. Strong knowledge of industry standards and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit are essential. This role requires maintaining quality and safety standards while supervising mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in MEP projects, preferably large-scale/sports facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and BMS integrations.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and CIBSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of HVAC, plumbing, and water supply systems.
• Coordinate BMS system interfaces with HVAC and other MEP services.
• Review drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Supervise testing, balancing, and commissioning of all mechanical systems.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and support inspections/handover.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
