Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, or large commercial buildings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical technicians.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and other mechanical equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical systems.

Education
