Job summary

Penspen seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer (Static/Rotating) for base in the United Arab Emirates. The role oversees engineering tasks and leads construction and fabrication efforts with deep knowledge of API, ASME and related standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 12 years of experience, including 6 in mechanical engineering for major Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects, and offshore project exposure to commissioning, operation and startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Twelve (12) years of experience with six (6) years in mechanical engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Experience with EPC project lifecycles, offshore construction, commissioning, operation and startup.

A Senior Mechanical Engineer will oversee engineering tasks, manage construction and fabrication, and require specialized knowledge of standards like API, ASME etc.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Twelve (12) years of experience; Six (6) years of them within the field of Mechanical Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Strong expertise in EPC project lifecycles, offshore construction, in offshore projects with commissioning, operation and start up experience.
• Previous experience in ARAMCO project is an added advantage.
