Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in project management for PMC and/or Supervision Consultant, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Strong background in mixed-use building projects is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review Design Validation Reports and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC Yellow Book and UAE regulations.
• Supervise installation of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Support testing and integration with BMS.
• Manage authority submissions and technical approvals.
