Job summary
Adrenark Park in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical, HVAC, and MEP operations across the AL Qana development. You will own maintenance strategies, manage district cooling interfaces, verify heat-loads, review shop drawings, and ensure compliant, safe, and reliable performance in a live multi-tenant environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of relevant facilities management experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, district cooling, plumbing, and pumps.
- Experience with PPM, reactive maintenance, and asset condition assessment.
- Experience with tenant/retail fit-out and technical submissions.
- Experience working in live operational environments with multiple tenants.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC, district cooling, pumps, plumbing, drainage, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Review heat-load verifications and system capacity.
- Coordinate tenant fit-out drawings and inspections.
- Develop and monitor PPM programmes for assets.
- Supervise contractors, approvals, and safety compliance.
