Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Construction Supervisor (Mechanical) to oversee offshore mechanical installation, testing, commissioning support and handover on an ADNOC project.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will supervise EPC contractor activities, ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards, procedures and schedules, and drive safety and quality on site. The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, 12–15 years in mechanical construction for oil & gas offshore or major EPC

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in mechanical construction in oil & gas or offshore.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role on ADNOC or major Middle East projects.
• Offshore certifications (BOSIET, H2S, HUET) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical construction activities across piping, equipment, and supports.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, QA/QC, HSE and engineering teams.
• Review ITPs, method statements, lift plans, and ensure schedule compliance.
• Ensure QA records, inspection reports and handover dossiers are completed.
• Promote ADNOC Offshore HSE policies and ensure safety at site.
