Want More in Abu Dhabi is seeking a capable Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons on construction sites, ensuring quality workmanship and timely project delivery. The role combines hands-on supervision with planning, safety oversight, and communication with project managers.

Applicants should have a minimum of five years of masonry supervision, be able to read blueprints, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in supervising a team of masons.
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or Urdu is preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed
• Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and procedures
• Monitor progress on projects to ensure deadlines are met
• Conduct quality checks on completed work for accuracy and consistency
• Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress and any issues that may arise
