Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Finance Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead the manufacturing finance operations, including cost management, budgeting, and financial planning. The role provides strategic insights to drive growth and efficiency in production.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in finance management within manufacturing, strong leadership, ERP proficiency, and a track record of building robust controls and reporting for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA/CMA/CFA) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance management in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation and margin analysis.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze variances and provide insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Lead financial planning for production, procurement and capex.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
