Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Procurement Leader to drive strategic sourcing across technology and IT categories within a multinational environment. You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and manage RFx processes end-to-end.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in procurement, with strong negotiation and supplier-management skills. CIPS certification and SAP Ariba experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA, Finance or Engineering background preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience within a multinational organisation.
• Strong experience across technology and IT sourcing categories, with exposure to leading global technology vendors.
• Demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiations, category management, stakeholder management, and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and relationship management skills. CIPS certification and experience with SAP Ariba or other procurement platforms are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives across technology and IT procurement categories.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and drive procurement best practices.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFI, RFP and RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract implementation.
• Conduct supplier, market and spend analysis to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and support informed decision-making.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage supplier relationships to deliver optimal commercial, operational and service outcomes.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and drive continuous improvement across sourcing activities.
• Lead, coach and develop procurement team members, providing guidance on sourcing best practices, project execution and stakeholder management while fostering a high-performance culture.
