The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exceptional communication skills, and experience in B2B marketing and sales, particularly within the technology sector. This role will oversee stakeholder engagement and ensure the seamless adoption of IT programs aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• High level of proficiency in English; working knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
• B2B marketing and sales experience, preferably in technology marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead IT townhalls, executive briefings, and global updates.
• Monitor and assess user experience across IT service channels.
• Design and deliver training programs on new IT systems.
