Job summary

Client of WeConnect Energy is seeking an Investor Relations professional to support internal analysis of publicly listed instruments including equities and bonds. You will communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold high IR standards and contribute to capital markets projects.

Responsibilities include monitoring markets, delivering reports, preparing investor materials, and assisting in engagement strategies to enhance shareholder value and liquidity for the listed

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on financial markets, sector trends, and investor sentiment.
• Conduct peer benchmarking and market intelligence and deliver timely reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Produce both regular and ad‑hoc internal reports and analytics related to listed equity and fixed‑income instruments relevant to the organization.
• Gather data, perform analysis, and establish clear communication channels with internal teams and external equity and fixed‑income market participants to monitor market movements and key value drivers.
• Assist in the preparation and periodic updates of investor‑facing materials covering both equity and fixed‑income topics ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Track and summarize investor and analyst feedback.
• Support investor engagement strategies including targeting and outreach campaigns across the company and its affiliates.
• Provide guidance and coordination for investor and analyst interactions across business units.
• Assess the company’s investment narratives and identify opportunities to enhance perceived value in the market.
• Explore strategies to improve liquidity and investor interest across the listed portfolio.

Job Purpose

Support internal analysis of publicly listed instruments including both equities and bonds. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of investor relations (IR) with a focus on both equity and debt. Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing shareholder value including collaboration on capital markets projects.
