Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in tax advisory, compliance, and international tax matters, ideally with exposure to Pillar Two regulations.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of international tax principles, cross-border transaction structuring, and M&A tax considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements and drive complex cross-border transactions.
• Oversee and direct end-to-end M&A tax engagements.
• Interpret and influence complex international tax rules and local regulations.
• Design and implement tax-efficient structures at a strategic level.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams.
• Monitor global and regional regulatory developments.
• Drive business development and growth.
• Advise on outbound transactions.
