Actas a Strategic HR partner to EM SLTHUB leaders in Corporate Functions, developing and a People & Culture agenda that enables EMs growth ambition.
Roles and responsibilities
- Lead the EM People Agenda for Finance, SCM, and BD.
- Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on people-related issues.
- Provide strategic guidance on change management to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth transitions.
- Drive high employee engagement across all levels through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead strategic workforce planning and its corresponding governance.
- Leverage HR analytics and data to inform strategic decisions, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage succession planning to build and nurture a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate policies, proactively managing risks associated with HR operations.
- Collaborate on employee relations matters to deliver solutions and support that resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Highlight business priorities to COEs (Rewards, Talent, Strategy Office) to ensure needs and requirements are embedded in new initiatives, programs, and systems.
- Collaborate with cluster HRDs to ensure a unified EM HR approach in people topics and initiatives.
- Maintain strong connections with functional leaders across the region, acting as a guardian of cultural alignment and team effectiveness.
