Sobha Constructions seeks a senior leader to drive our Construction Technology & Robotics agenda. You will shape strategy, identify innovative solutions, and pilot them on-site to prove value.

You will lead cross-functional teams, scale successful deployments, and ensure governance and change management across projects. Strong ROI focus and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, construction tech, or related field.
• Master's preferred in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• 15+ years in construction, engineering, digital transformation, or technology implementation.
• Experience identifying and implementing construction tech, robotics, AI, IoT, BIM, or digital construction solutions.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project execution, and operational challenges.
• Experience leading pilots, innovation programs, and large-scale tech deployments.
• Stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Experience with vendors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop business cases, measure ROI, and drive tech adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the Construction Technology & Robotics strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify suitable technology, automation, AI, and robotic solutions to transform manual construction activities.
• Evaluate emerging construction technologies and assess their value.
• Lead pilot projects, PoCs, and site trials to validate solutions.
• Manage selection, procurement, implementation, and scaling of tech across sites.
• Collaborate with project teams and external partners for successful deployment.
• Develop implementation standards, SOPs, and governance for technology adoption.
• Drive change management, user engagement, and training for site teams.
• Monitor tech performance, and measure productivity, safety, quality, and schedule improvements.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track ROI and progress.
