Job summary

A prestigious hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Groups & Events Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities include coordinating group bookings and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This is a fulltime position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

  • At least 12 years sales experience in a 5-star/luxury hotel with groups & events focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English is essential.
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and team building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage group and event inquiries from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
  • Prepare and issue proposals, contracts, event orders and rooming lists.
  • Work closely with operations, catering and front office teams.
