Job summary
A prestigious hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Groups & Events Coordinator. Qualifications
- At least 12 years sales experience in a 5-star/luxury hotel with groups & events focus.
- Excellent written and verbal English is essential.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage group and event inquiries from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
- Prepare and issue proposals, contracts, event orders and rooming lists.
- Work closely with operations, catering and front office teams.
