Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Client Experiences and Development in the luxury industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong network through regular meetings with clients.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and luxury service providers.
• Organize private appointments and coordinate with the senior manager.
• Monitor VIC business performance in assigned stores.
• Conduct post-event analysis and follow-up activities.
