The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of legal experience, with a strong background in oil or commodity trading. Responsibilities include contract drafting, risk management, and compliance oversight, ensuring all operations adhere to legal frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in legal roles, with at least 5 years in oil or commodity trading.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of international trading contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including SPAs and NDAs.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with cargo trading.
• Provide real-time legal advice to trading and operations teams.
