Job summary

Rejlers International Engineering Solutions is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer in Abu Dhabi to lead electrical design reviews and analyses for major oil and gas projects. You will manage multiple projects, prepare electrical deliverables, coordinate with clients and disciplines, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across international assignments.

The role requires 15+ years in electrical engineering within oil, gas, or petrochemical sectors, FEED/EPC experience, and strong

Qualifications

Engineering Graduate (BSc. or MSc.) in Electrical engineering or related field.
15+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical industries; 8+ years in a senior role.
Experience with FEED/EPC projects and ADNOC Onshore is preferred.
Strong interpersonal/communication skills; English fluency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute multiple electrical engineering projects (local and international).
Prepare and finalize electrical design deliverables, drawings, and documentation.
Coordinate with procurement, discipline leads, and client for approvals and deliverables.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and constructability requirements.
Coordinate inter-discipline design reviews and vendor document reviews.
