Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate bid development activities for landscape architecture and urban planning projects.
• Review tender documents, qualification requests, and drawings for accurate proposal preparation.
• Develop technical and cost proposals including man-hour estimates and delivery schedules.
• Participate in go and no-go evaluations and support pursuit strategies.
• Supervise and mentor bid management staff within the project team.
• Coordinate with Discipline Leads to ensure scope coverage and cost accuracy.
• Oversee sub-consultant quotation processes and negotiate contract terms.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and risk committee documentation.
• Present proposals to internal review committees for high-value pursuits.
• Monitor CRM and Salesforce data to ensure business pipeline accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal delegations of authority and risk committee requirements.
