Job summary

Abroad Work in Dubai is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying, GIS and data collection and a proven track record of successful projects.

The Land Surveyor will conduct surveys to determine boundaries, elevations and measurements, assess land and analyze documents to prepare legal descriptions, review existing surveys for accuracy, and prepare detailed reports with conclusions and recommendations.

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in surveying or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor
Knowledge of the principles and practices of geodetic and engineering surveying
Proficiency with computers, GPS systems, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to travel regularly within Dubai

Responsibilities

Conduct surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, measurements and other land details
Assess land and analyze related documents to prepare legal descriptions
Review existing surveys for accuracy and prepare detailed reports with conclusions and recommendations
Prepare reports and ensure data quality for project records
