Job summary

Häcker UAE is seeking a senior designer to lead client relationships from the initial conversation through installation in the UAE market, partnering with architects, developers and contractors to translate brief into lasting spaces.

You will produce renders and technical drawings, oversee production scheduling, coordinate with suppliers, and mentor a design team, ensuring every project reflects the brand's standards across studio and site.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end kitchen design and sales.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships from consultation to handover.
• Structured design and project management approach.
• Proficiency in Winner Compusoft; AutoCAD and Photoshop advantageous.
• Advanced English and strong interpersonal skills with clients and trade.
• Collaborative leadership to guide and develop a design team.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships from first conversation through to installation and beyond.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities across trade, design and architecture networks.
• Guide clients through the design process: consultations, concepts, site visits and proposals.
• Produce accurate renders and technical drawings, and oversee their quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers to keep specifications and quotes precise.
• Lead and mentor a design team, setting the standard through your own work.
• Oversee contracts, variations and production scheduling with care.
• Uphold brand visual guidelines across every project and studio touchpoint.
