• Proven experience in delivering large‑scale hospitality and residential projects in the UAE or GCC region.
• Deep understanding of join production, fit‑out methodologies, and material procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of joinery and interior fit‑out projects.
• Manage luxury hospitality, residential, and mixed‑use development projects.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets.
