Job summary

Infinity Design is seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman for its joinery workshop in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise carpenters, read drawings, and manage fabrication through to handover, ensuring quality and safety.

Required 7–12 years in joinery/carpentry, with at least 7 years in the UAE. Bilingual Arabic/English communication and current UAE residency in Musaffah are essential; salary to be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of joinery/carpentry experience, including at least 7 years in the UAE.
• Previous UAE experience as a Joinery Foreman, Joinery Supervisor or Workshop Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of joinery machinery, materials, production planning and installation.
• Proven ability to lead workers, solve production problems and deliver work on time.
• Able to communicate in Arabic or English.
• Must currently be inside the UAE and able to work in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
• No specific academic qualification is required; practical experience and competence are essential.
• Salary will be determined during the interview according to experience.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for daily joinery workshop operations and production schedules.
• Supervise carpenters and helpers to allocate work and monitor productivity and safety.
• Read shop drawings, technical details, cutting lists and material requirements.
• Follow fabrication, assembly, finishing, delivery and site installation until handover.
• Oversee production of doors, windows, wardrobes, kitchens and custom woodwork.
• Coordinate between the workshop technical team and project sites.
• Inspect measurements, workmanship and finishing quality; reduce waste and rework.
• - Arabic language section describes similar responsibilities in Arabic.
