Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend Java development experience with strong JVM knowledge.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and building production-grade microservices.
• Experience with system architecture design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Redis caching and low-latency data pipelines experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Own system architecture decisions and end-to-end design choices.
• Write high-performance code for large data workloads.
• Implement caching strategies and low-latency data pipelines with Redis.
• Develop and deploy containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Lead technical direction on projects including schema design and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers (no people mgmt).
